Kimberly is an amazing realtor. She helped me sell my old house and buy new construction in Durham. In such a competitive market, she made sure I was one of the first people to see any new houses that were going up in the area and is the reason I got the house I did. She worked tirelessly with the construction company to resolve issues and made excellent recommendations on movers and other workers for my home. She is always responsive and eager to help and is able to remain calm during stressful situations with the builder.
